Etoscs

The attribute etoscs is a rank 1 array that contains the oscillator strengths of transitions from the reference (ground) state to the excited electornic states of the of the molecule. As for etenergies and other attributes related to excited states, there should as many elements in this array as there are excited states in the calculation.
